Annabel Cohen
Annabel Cohen, a former caterer, is a writer, cooking instructor, and food stylist. A creative force in the kitchen, she is also known for the unusual and elaborate table and house displays created as backdrops for her food. She has been and continues to be a featured expert on food, travel and entertaining subjects on television and radio programs. She has been profiled in The Detroit News, Detroit Free Press, The Big Idea, Crain's Detroit Business The Oakland Press, The Royal Oak Tribune, The Detroit Jewish News, HOUR Detroit, Style Magazine and others.
Annabel co-authored Eating for Acid Reflux; a Handbook and Cookbook for Those with Heartburn (Marlowe & Company, 2003 – now in it’s fifth printing), and America's Thanksgiving Parade Cookbook (1998), a cookbook celebrating and benefiting this popular national event.
