This site is designed to service the local communities, FAMILY HEALTH CARE CENTER (FHCC) patients, allied health professionals and casual surfers. Most of this site is available to the general public. The sections for FHCC patients will be password protected on a secure server as well as the section devoted to allied heath professionals in compliance with Standards & Practices regulations for Health Information on the Internet.

Associated with William Beaumont Hospital, Dr. Paul earned his bachelor of science of pharmacy at the Wayne State College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions in Detroit Michigan and his Doctor of Osteopathy at the MSU College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan. He holds membership in the American Osteopathic Association, Michigan Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons, Oakland County Osteopathic Society and the Michigan State Medical Society. He was appointed as Chief Medical Consultant to the Public Health Committee of the Michigan House of Representatives in 1994, and Associate Clinical Professor of Michigan State University's College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004.
